Andersen 1034 Sash Balancer – Block and Tackle with Shoe

• Works with 400 Series Tilt-Wash Double-Hung windows manufactured from 1992 to Present.
• This is a block and tackle balancer with a shoe.
• There are separate sash balancers for the upper and lower sash.
• Andersen made changes to the balanace design in November 2016. When replacing balances on windows before 2016 you’ll need to order two.

Note: This balancer may work on either Tilt-Wash (DC) units manufactured from 1992 to 1996 and Tilt-Wash (TW) units from 1996 to Present. For replacement instructions view the ‘Size Guide & Instructions’ section.
